Micro-loans

Women will be offered microloan opportunities to be involved with the various projects. A loan officer will be chosen to manage the repayment of the loans. All of the women in the village guarantee each others' loans in case of default. This creates an atmosphere of cooperation and mutuality where one person's success benefits all. This method of financing provides an atmosphere of dignity, ownership, and expectation of their success.
